Sarah Dia Rue is a Singer, Songwriter, Composer and graduate of CUNY Brooklyn College. Her sound combines classical/ jazz piano with electronic music and thoughtful lyricism. She is currently writing a series of solo piano compositions and a full-length album set to be released in 2024. Sarah is proud to announce that it will be her first self-produced project, a fitting milestone for a collection of music that celebrates women’s empowerment. When she’s not working on her solo music, Sarah co-leads the duo, Twin Sines, alongside her fiancé, Justin King. They are currently producing a second album, entitled “II”. The couple also founded and run New Energy Music, a nonprofit organization that supports the work and wellness of Original Musicians. In addition to her music, Sarah loves visual arts. She enjoys working as a Writer, Videographer and Director, with a particular interest in documentary filmmaking.
