Recorded originally on 1750 Arch Records in the shorter form. "...humanitarian, simple, touching domesticity of the homely, often funny stories in T.P..." - Oakland Tribune 5/16/83; "...a duo work comprising a humorous narration...to wordless vocal gyrations" - Berkeley Gazette 5/16/83. Text-sound one speaker reads the phonemes derived from a Paint-By-Numbers scroll of a torero. the other speaker performs a story craeted by the speaker re the most dramatic event or relationship in that person's life. In the recorded versions (short and long) my mother discussed her relationship with me. Other performers have discussed playing topless cello on TV, the death of one's father, a baseball game, etc.
