Clarinetist and Hichiriki player Thomas Piercy performs Tokyo to New York “Celebration”
– A CELEBRATION of live music coming back to NYC. For many people, this will be one of their first live concerts to attend since early 2020. Featuring works by NYWC composers Elisenda Fabregas, Jane Leslie, Beata Moon, and Frances White. As well as Tania León, Miho Sasaki, Tengku Irfan, Masatora Goya, Toshi Ichiyanagi, and Michael Schelle.

This concert is open to the public free of charge thanks to the “New York City Artists Corps” Initiative to bring live music back to NYC. Seating is limited; early arrival recommended. Doors open at 4:30pm. The concert will last approximately 90 minutes with an intermission. Covid-19 safety protocols are in place at the hall.
